UVs I poly group and use UV master as a base taking care to move back faces all to one area and main shells to another. But in the same week 3D Coat 2023 releases, and with an upgrade price from 2022 that costs less than 2 months of rental for ZBrush. If someone had bought the perpetual upgrade to ZBrush 2023, they don't even get the new features in 2023.1 That's terrible. ![]() You have to really know how and when to use which tools.Zmodeler, polygroup z remesh nanomesh slice, instance subtool. It seems like they are activly trying to drive their long time customers away. Modo was great but the cost of the app for topo,uvs, and scene setup is too much and ALWAYS a pain in the ass from legal standpoint at studios. 3DCoat is way more freeform and flowing and intuitive in its workflow (its ui at least) but its harder to get the really fastidious details. Have used Maya Max 3d coat blender and Modo for topo and uvs. I think Zbrush is more better for high frequency details, its more consistent and faster but more rigid in its work flow, its mostly unfathomable in its workflow. zbrush (1189) animation (1148) Best selling products View all Rin.
